What is the Business Improvement ?

Business Improvement is an NCTS service offering.
Business Improvement is represented by one team of experienced
business consultants and informaticians and has one goal to reach :
the Improvement of your company operations by the optimization of your
(operational) business processes (CRM, ERP, FAC, HR,...) and when
needed to support them with ICT through a pragmatical, no-nonsense
approach.

As project pilote we are using the proved PMI-methodology. Of course,
if you do still use in your company one other proved methodology,
we will integrate your way of working and guanrantee to you the use
of it through the whole process of your problem solving.
